CU Direct Honored as a Top Workplace in California’s Inland Empire Region

Company awarded on employees’ high approval ratings for job satisfaction, compensation and social responsibility among other areas.

CU Direct, the nation’s leading lending technology and automotive solutions provider for credit unions, has been named one of the Top Workplaces in 2016 by Riverside, Calif.-based Press-Enterprise, and was honored with the award at the third annual Inland Empire Top Workplaces awards dinner.
 
CU Direct was recognized with the award in the mid-size company category. The company’s more than 370 employees responded to the newspaper’s survey, which was developed in conjunction with Workplace Dynamics, addressing a number of areas including benefits, overall job satisfaction and compensation, as well as social responsibility. Winners were ranked in three categories based on size of workforce: large, midsize and small companies.
